• Voucher is valid until 1st Sept 2012, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Deal is valid: Mon 9am-7pm, Tues 9am-10pm, Wed 9am-7pm, Fri-Sun 9am-7pm.
• One voucher per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Lunch excludes steak.
• Deal valid for lunch or dinner.
• 12 people permitted on ice wall at one time, 6 people per instructor for ice and 9 people per instructor for rock wall.
• Over 16s only permitted on the rock and ice wall.
• Deal suitable for all levels of fitness.
• Members must have at least size 4 feet to climb the ice wall (protective foot wear is only available above this size).
• Duration of experience: 90mins on either ice or rock wall.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your experience.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
