• Voucher is valid from Thu 22 Aug 2024 until Mon 23 Dec 2024, Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm, Sat 9am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays & 14 - 20 Oct 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 16s require a signed consent form & must be accompanied by an adult.
• No minimum age.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Facials are not suitable for anyone who is undergoing or receiving treatments for skin conditions.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30 mins + scalp massage.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60 mins + scalp massage.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 45 mins + scalp massage + 15 min facial.
• Option 4 duration: approx. 60 min massage + scalp massage + 15 min facial.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
