• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025; Tue 9am - 2.30pm, Wed-Fri 9am - 6pm & Sat 8:30am - 4:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• Valid with new talent stylists only.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Treatment duration: cut & condition approx 1hr; cut & colour approx 2.5hrs.
• Patch test required for half head highlights; discuss at time of booking.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
