Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 26 Jun 2024 until Sat 31 Aug 2024, Mon - Fri 11am-1pm and 3pm- 9pm, Sat 5pm - 9pm & Sun 4pm - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 4+. 
• Duration approx. 2hrs.
• Comfortable clothing should be worn. Gripper socks are recommended and jumpers can bring their own or purchase on arrival for £3 per pair. Staff may request to inspect non-Ryze gripper socks.
• Normal socks, shoes, jewellery, watches and belts must be removed prior to jumping. These articles can fall off, become lost, obstruct/interfere with your jumping experience or cause damage to trampolines and safety equipment. Lockers are available.
• Not advised during pregnancy, if you have a pre-existing injury or if you have a medical condition which could increase your risk of injury.
• Max weight is 300lbs/21.4st/136kg.
• Members under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted entry.
• All jumpers MUST have a valid signed risk acknowledgement form before they are permitted entry into the park. Anyone under the age of 16 must have a form signed by one of the following: Parent, Legal Guardian or Responsible adult aged 18+ with the parent/legal guardian of the participant' permission to sign on their behalf. Risk Acknowledgement Forms can be completed from the Ryze website here before you arrive saving you time and making check in easier or at the Risk Acknowledgement Station when you arrive at the facility.

• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
