- Voucher is valid from Sun 1 May 2022 until Wed 31 Aug 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
- A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
- Voucher must be booked by Wed 3 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Email bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 30 days of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
- Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Early check-in or late check-out is not available.
- Please note Culdees Castle Estate operates a strict quiet time policy from 11pm onwards.
- Major or Drummond lodge available with king-size bed.
- Lodges can be upgraded to a larger Spiers Lodge or Horton Lodge for a supplementary charge; payable directly.
- Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
- A security deposit of £200 is required; an email will be sent on the day prior to arrival to register your card details for this.
- Lodges have a kitchenette with electric hob, sink, kettle, toaster, crockery and glassware.
- Private wood-fired hot tub use included. Hot tub will be set up for you and will take 2-3 hours to heat. Full information, guidance and timings will be provided in advance. Assistance is available to refuel the burner.
- Cabins are set within woodland area; care must be taken when walking around. Suitable outdoor/weather appropriate footwear and a torch at night is recommend.
- Please note that due to the rural location Wi-Fi access may be affected by the weather.
- Bed linen, towels, soaps & shower gel are provided.
- No children permitted.
- No pets permitted.
- No wheelchair access available.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
