• Voucher is valid from Tue 28 Nov 2023 until Fri 29 Dec 2023, Tue - Fri 12noon - 2.15pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat - Mon and 26-27 Dec 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Dec 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only; bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Choose a starter, main and dessert from the set festive menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children are not permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
