• Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Aug 2023, Tue 10am - 8pm; Wed 9:30am - 2:30pm; Thu 9:30am - 8pm; Fri 9:30am - 7pm; Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon. Weekend & evening appointments are limited.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 24 Aug 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Princess hair is suitable up to 11yrs. Cut & blow dry is suitable 16yrs+.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment duration approx. 45 - 60 mins and cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
