• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Dec 2024 until Fri 28 Feb 2025; subject to availability
• Dec: Valid Mon - Fri 12noon - 4pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Jan: Valid Thu - Fri & Sun 12noon - 9pm & Sat 12noon - 4pm. Excludes Mon - Wed.
• Feb: Valid Sun - Fri 12noon - 9pm. Excludes Sat.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2024 - 1 Jan & 14 Feb 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Feb 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Max of 1 voucher per table.
• Valid on food & drink. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given.
• Menus are subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
