• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025; subject to availability. 
• Cream tea: Valid Mon - Fri, 11am - 4pm. Excludes Sat & Sun. No advance booking required; walk-ins welcome.
• Afternoon tea: Valid Mon - Fri, 2pm - 4pm. Excludes Sat & Sun. Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. 
• Option 1: Cream tea only; menu subject to change.
• Options 2 & 3: Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 3: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required for afternoon tea or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
