Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 29 Jun until Sun 8 Sep 2024, 7 days 10:30am, 12noon, 1:30pm or 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Aug 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• Once booked with the venue, booking cannot be cancelled but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot for safety training and equipment.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
• Duration approx. 90 mins.
• Meeting point: Activity Hub.
• Max of 2 people per canoe.
• Buoyancy aids are supplied and must be worn throughout. Route guidance and a map will be provided. All canoes contain a first aid kit.
• No experience necessary.
• Booking may be rescheduled in extreme weather conditions.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
