• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2024 until Sun 27 Apr 2025, Sun only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Sat, 22 Dec 2024 - 26 Jan, 30 Mar & 20 Apr 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Apr 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 1 voucher per group.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

• Sunday lunch
• Sunday lunch is served 12.30pm - 3pm. Please note restaurant closes at 4pm.
• A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be applied to all food and drink.
• Includes 2 courses (starter & main) from the Sunday lunch menu; subject to change
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Overnight
• Check-in between 4pm-10pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Classic king room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge: Premium room - £60, Deluxe room - £100; please discuss and pay direct.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Any loss or damage to hotel items will be charged as required. The hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount for reinstatement of items found to have gone missing or to have broken.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel. Any damage or mishaps will result in a charge payable directly to the hotel.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
