- Relaxed sessions will run on Sat 30 November at 10am, Wed 4 December at 10am and Sun 8 December 1pm with reduced capacity and volume so that everyone can enjoy meeting Santa

- Duration: approx. 20mins. Please arrive at the ballroom 15mins before your time slot to receive your entry wristband. Please note latecomers may not get the full session.

- Suitable for all ages. Please note there is no cheaper price for babies.
- Max two accompanying adults permitted per ticket.

The whole weekend was good and all the Santa experiences were well organised.My only complaint would be the Terrace restaurant…disappointing ambience…felt like a school dining room…we were there at 7.30pm and only two tables in the side part of the restaurant…it was noisy with staff putting the restaurant back to normal after having two large tables…a rather noisy experience and not relaxing.
The food was also disappointing….the staff were excellent but could not make up for the noisy atmosphere and disappointing food.
