• Voucher is valid from Mon 26 March 2018 until Fri 18 May 2018, Mon – Fri 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and Sundays and 30, 31 March, 1 April 2018. 
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 April 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatments at the same time; please discuss with Spa at time of booking if you would also like to book treatments.
• Bento Box menu can be viewed here. 
• Smoothie options include; wheatgrass or berry/banana; subject to availability.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Gluten/Wheat Free and vegetarian options are available, please advise restaurant of any food allergies at time of booking.
• Access to facilities not included. 
• Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Option 1 and 2: treatment duration 30mins approx. 
• Option 3: treatment duration 1hr approx. Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy. 
• Treatment will be with selected therapists; and are subject to availability.

• No wheelchair access. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
