• Options 1 & 2: Voucher is valid from Thu 2 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, 7 days, 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability. Excludes 30 Mar 2025.
• Options 3 & 4: Voucher is valid from Thu 2 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Mon - Fri, 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sat & Sun.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 2&4: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 3&4 include leisure access
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted. Over 18s only.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking is not required. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
