• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Jul 2018 until Sun 30 Sept 2018, Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm, Sat & Sun 9.30am - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to salon.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked but a max. of 3 treatments can be done at the same time. Max of 12 per group; subject to availability.
• Massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments may be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission, please discuss directly with the salon. 
• Please discuss all health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration:  approx. 2 x 25mins.
• Includes 2 hour access to leisure facilities: leisure pool, steam room, sauna and gym.
• Treatments listed cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
