Sept - Nov 2019 voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sep 2019 until Sat 30 Nov 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2019.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe room £30, premium room £50, family room £25; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 4 includes a 25 minute treatment each choosing from: Decléor glow booster, aromatherapy discovery facial, cleansing & purifying back treatment, tranquility scalp massage, back neck and shoulder massage or men's back neck and shoulder massage; subject to change.

Option 5 includes a 55 minute treatment each choosing from: Decléor power packed vitamin surge facial, fruit seed massage and scrub or Decléor men's facial and massage; subject to change.

Massage is not suitable during pregnancy / breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Stay includes access to facilities: 17m indoor swimming pool, soothing spa pool, sauna and steam room.

Includes 3 courses from set menu only; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes 125ml glass of Champagne each; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children permitted. Under 16's stay free of charge and upgrade may be required to accommodate; subject to availability. Under 5's eat for free, aged 5-16 years old are an additional £6.50 for breakfast and dinner will be charged as standard, please discuss any specific requirements directly with the hotel.

Max of 1 pet is permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
