We had a such a lovely stay. We arrived early hoping to leave our cases but our rooms were all ready well in advance so we could check in. We had a lovely drinks package in the room - such a nice touch. Glasses prepared with rosemary and orange slice, miniature gins, glass bottles of coke and pale ales. The gin and ale are unique to the hotel. We had steaks which were delicious - my sister is pescatarian and there was no plaice ( which was disappointing) but she had fish and chips. A late check out and a very nice breakfast. Would recommend. Also very central to go out and shop!

Hotel is very well located. A 15 minute walk from Waverley or town yet in a quiet location. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with Temple Spa toiletries. Staff were lovely and happy to assist with our requests. Breakfast and evening meal was okay and met our requirements. Would stay there again.
