• Voucher is valid from Wed 8 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Wed- Fri and Sun 1pm - 4pm, Sat 3pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Tue, 2 Feb & 2 Mar 2024.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 vouchers / 8 people per table.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. 
• The venue will be in contact to collect any allergen information, and pre-orders if required. Please ensure these are passed over in advance of your booking.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hr 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
