• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jan until Fri 29 Mar 2024, Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Options 1, 2, & 5: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hour including consultation.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hour 20 mins including consultation.
• Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins including consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
