• Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Mar until Wed 30 Apr 2025, Tue - Wed 9.30am - 5pm, Thu 9.30am - 2pm and Fri 9.30am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Apr 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Cut & blow dry: Treatment duration: approx. 45-60mins.
• Wash, cut & blow dry with conditioning treatment: Treatment duration: approx. 60-75mins.
• Cut & blow dry with t bar highlights: Treatment duration: approx. 90-120mins. 
• Option 3 only: In salon upgrade options - supplemental charges as follows: £20 for half head highlights, £35 for full head highlights or £50 for balayage upgrade; payable direct.
• Valid with Kayleigh or Naomi only.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
