Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 17 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, 7 days  12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. Max of 6 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 2: Includes a mini 20cl bottle of Ponte Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Children permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
