• Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Mar until Tue 31 May 2022, Sun-Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri-Sat, 15-19 Apr and 1-2 May 2022.
• Weekend stay
• Voucher is valid from Fri 18 Mar until Sat 28 May 2022, Fri-Sat; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun-Thu and 16-17 Apr 2022.
• General
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am. 
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco.
• Children permitted; family rooms are available for an extra charge, please discuss with the hotel directly.
• Max of 2 pets per room are permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
