• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2024 until Sun 30 Mar 2025, Sat - Sun at 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 29 Dec 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 18+. ID may be required. Under 18s can attend tour but must be accompanied by an adult and will not receive samples.
• Duration approx. 1.5hrs 
• Max of 10 people per group. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
