• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Mar until Thu 31 Jul 2025, 7 days, sittings at 12noon, 2pm or 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 8, 15, 30 Mar, 15 Jun and 12 Jul 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Jul 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 people per booking. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian options available. Please discuss directly when booking. Vegan or gluten / wheat free options not available.
• Option 2: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 90 minutes. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please note any access requirements in 'special requests' when booking.
• Children permitted if accompanied by an adult.
• A small service fee will be applied to your itison order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
