• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Sun 29 Jun 2025, Fri - Sun at 12noon, 1pm & 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Thu. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 16+. 
• Duration approx. 2hrs 30mins. 
• Please wear suitable clothing for your choice of activity.
• For Saunagus experience, please bring swimwear, a towel to sit on in the sauna, a towel to dry off with, pool sliders/flip flops and a water bottle.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
