• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Deluxe king or twin guest room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes both stay and airport parking. Please note that vehicle must be registered at check-in.
• Includes breakfast, vegetarian options available.
• Max of 2 children permitted with a supplementary charge of £30 for a family room paid directly to hotel; children are classed as ages 0-12. Includes breakfast.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
