• Voucher is valid until Thur 29 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 23 - 27 Dec, 30 Dec - 2 Jan, 20 Jan, 9, 10, 14, 23, 25 Feb, 23, 25 Mar 2018. 
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required per room for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of red or white wine. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink. 
• Options 2 and 3 include dinner. Dinner is from the set menu only; menu is subject to change.
• Option 3 includes dinner on the first night only. 
• A supplementary charge of £7.50 applies for sirloin steak. 
• Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available, please discuss with hotel direct. 
• Children permitted; under 10s require a supplementary charge of £35 per child per night DBB (includes upgrade to suitable room); payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
