Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean well prepared room albeit somewhat dated....frankly it was excellent value for money. Some folk have given poor reviews but in reality, although somewhat basic, the room, service & breakfast were very good.

We had a great stay, the room was spotless and we were given an upgrade to a suite which was a lovely surprise.
When we checked in we were advised the breakfast was 8am - 10am but when we went for breakfast on the Monday at 9.30am we were informed breakfast was 8-10am at weekends and 7-9am on weekdays. This was disappointing as we had really enjoyed the breakfast the 2 days prior. Our fault I guess for not reading the information provided in our room.
Other than that, no complaints.
