Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2024 until Fri 29 Nov, Sun - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
•  Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Choose a focaccia sandwich each from the main menu; subject to change.
• Option 2: Includes a portion of salted, rosemary or sweet potato fries each.
• Option 2: Includes a cocktail each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 90 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
