Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Sep 2021 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Sit in at 12noon, 2pm or 4pm.
• Collection is available at 11.30am or 1.30pm.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Tue 9 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Group bookings permitted; max 4 people per group.
• Valid for gentleman's afternoon tea menu only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are not available. Changes cannot be made to the menu to accommodate dietary requirements.
• Includes a beer taster flight; your choice of any 3 tank or keg beers. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available, please discuss requirements at time of booking.
• Children permitted and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
