• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Sat 24 Feb 2018, Tue, Thur & Fri 9.30am - 6pm, Wed 11.30am - 8pm and Sat 9am - 5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sunday, Monday and 13 Dec 2017 – 3 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases are not permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Cut and blow dry duration: approx. 60mins; suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Half head of highlights duration: approx. 2.5hrs; not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Highlights option: valid for up to two colours only; patch test is optional (48 hours prior to appointment). Highlights can be upgraded to full head for a supplementary charge of £20; please discuss with and pay directly to salon.
• Deal is valid for selected stylists only. Stylist can be upgraded to Art Director (Jonathon Law) for a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 15% retail products purchased on the day.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
