Small print

• Voucher is valid until Fri 28 Mar 2025, Mon - Fri, 12noon - 1pm & 5pm - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun, 2 Dec 2024 - 5 Jan and 14 Feb 2025. Bookings made outwith the valid times will not be accepted.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Choice of bowl choosing from: buddha bowl, bara chirashi, chicken teriyaki, salmon teriyaki, kara-age oyako don, tofu teriyaki, tempura don, kara-age chicken curry, aubergine katsu curry, any udon bowl or any yaki udon bowl.
• A supplementary charge of £3 is required for all other bowls; payable directly.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1hr 45mins for 2 people or 2hrs for tables of 3 or more.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.    
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
