Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 18 Apr 2025 until Sun 13 Jul 2025, 7 days, 10am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 10+ (please note children need adult supervision).
• Duration approx. 2 hrs.
• Max of 6 per group for paddle boards, 2 people per group for kayaks.
• Participants must be physically fit enough to paddle.
• Wetsuit included; venue advises bringing a change of clothes / clothes you don't mind getting wet.
• Meeting point: Loch Earn Wakeschool, Clachan Cottage Hotel, Lochearnhead, FK19 8PU
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
