Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 15 Mar until Sat 15 Jun 2024, 7 days 2pm - 4:30pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 7 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 6 vouchers per group.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu only; subject to change.
• Includes pot of tea or choice of coffee from hot drinks list.
• Substitutions can only be made for allergy or dietary requirements. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Option 2: Includes an Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb Highball or glass of Cava each. Alcohol can be replaced with a non-alcoholic cocktail on request. 
• Option 3: Includes a glass of Laurent Perrier champagne each. Alcohol can be replaced with a non-alcoholic cocktail on request.
• Table required back after 1 hr 30 mins. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
