• Voucher is valid from 1st Nov until 1st Apr 2013; 7 days a week; subject to availability.
  
  You must book your van by 15th Dec; or risk forfeiting your voucher.
  
  Excludes 21st Dec-4th Jan inclusive.
  
  Bookings are on a first come first served basis. Please contact Highdays and Holidays directly, itison doesn't have access to their booking system.
  
  A refundable £500 cash deposit is required. This will be refunded in full when dropped off if no internal or external damage; at full discretion of Highdays and Holidays.
• Pick up from 2.30pm, drop off 10.30am.
• Motorhomes can take a child seat, you must provide your own child seat; number of children must not exceed stated spacing – please discuss directly with Highdays and Holidays.
• Bedding not included, except the bottom sheet which will be included on the double beds. Additional bedding can be hired at an additional cost of £10. Sleeping bags can be hired at £5 each – payable to Highdays and Holidays.
• Drivers must be aged 25 and over and up to a maximum of two people can be insured per vehicle.
• Motorhomes can be collected at Geisher Road Industrial Park, Callander, and your car can be left there during your trip away. Alternatively, railway pick ups/drop offs can be arranged and paid directly with Highdays and Holidays.
• Dogs are permitted in the vans at an additional £10 per pet – please arrange with and pay directly to Highdays and Holidays.
• All pet hair and odours must be removed on return of the motorhome to the depot at the end of your holiday.

• Vans are manual. Approx 30 miles/gallon.
• Insurance cover surcharge applies if you wish to travel in Europe – please discuss directly to Highdays and Holidays.
• Multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive hires. You also extend your hire for an additional cost - please discuss directly with Highdays and Holidays.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 1 month of your hire.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
