• Voucher is valid from Sun 20 Oct 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Mon - Thu 4pm - 9pm and Sun 11am - 11pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Fri - Sat & 1 Dec 2024 - 3 Jan 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. No under 18s permitted after 8pm.
• Includes 1hr karaoke room hire. 
• Includes a cocktail each from the bar menu. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
