Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sep 2024 until Sun 13 Oct 2024, 7 days 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by phone or email by Mon 30 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Includes one tea/coffee per person.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Online bookings or bookings made direct with the restaurant will not be accepted. Bookings must be made in accordance with the booking instructions on your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
