Go for two courses for two from the evening menu, featuring starters like Scottish hand-dived scallops with celeriac, apples, hazelnuts and truffle or crispy pork with sweetcorn, roasted pineapple, salsa and charred cabbage leaves before moving on to mains such as bavette steak with roasted vegetables, smoked bone marrow butter and beef dripping chips. Finish it off with your choice of dessert from the likes of dark chocolate mousse with raspberry or blackcurrant leaf tart with currants, compote and a yoghurt sorbet – delicious!
