• Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Oct 2024, Mon 10am - 2pm, Tue 10am- 5pm, Wed - Thu 10am - 9:30pm, Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Oct 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Valid for new clients only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers currently receiving treatment or who have received treatment in the last 12 months, or for anyone with metals in their face or mouth.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Treatments are subject to consultation.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Option 1: Duration approx. 30 mins.
• Option 2: Duration approx. 50 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. Upgrades are available for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
