• Voucher is valid until Sun 22 Dec 2024, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. 
• Spa treatments available 10am - 5pm.
• Afternoon tea available 12noon - 4pm.
• Excludes Saturdays. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 6 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time if requested at time of booking. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment duration: approx. 90 mins.
• Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to fill in a spa form.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Afternoon tea is from a set menu; subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking. 
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.  
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
