Small print

• Voucher is valid until 31st March 2015, 7 days subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 20th Feb 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Voucher excludes 13th-14th Feb 2015. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted. 
• Children permitted; 16 years and under stay free of charge when sharing with two adults. Meals are extra. Max of 2 children. 
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Off street parking available. 
• Standard double or twin room available. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stays can also be extended for an additional charge. 
• Bottle of house wine available is either red or white, please discuss preferences with the Clubhouse Hotel at time of booking. 
• Dinner is £15 allowance per person, menu is seasonal and subject to change and availability. Some dishes may carry a supplement which should be made payable direct to the Clubhouse Hotel. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
