• Voucher is valid from Tue 21 Jan 2025 until Sun 20 Apr 2025, Tue - Thu 11am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Apr 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Over 16s only. Under 18's must be supervised by a legal guardian.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not recommended during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Options 1 & 2: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins. 
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 105mins (60 min massage and 45 min contrast therapy).
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
•  No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
