• Voucher is valid from Thur 27 Aug 2020 until Sat 28 Nov 2020, Thur 10am - 8pm and Fri - Sat 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Thur.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Facial duration: approx. 30 mins. Benefits can be felt for up to 7 days after treatment.
• Pedicure duration: approx. 45 mins plus 30mins for consultation and polish drying. Please note members need to wear open toed shoes to receive their pedicure. Pedicure will last up to 4 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Option 2: Approx 1 hour 45 minutes total will be spent in the salon.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
