Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 5 Jan until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Mon - Fri 5pm - 8pm & Sat - Sun 1pm - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 1 voucher per table. 
• £30, £50 or £75 voucher to spend on food only from the main menu; subject to change. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1 hr 30 mins for 1-2 guests or 1 hr 45 mins for 3-4 guests.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
