Good menu, even though it was set menu the food was good and the view from the bar was amazing

The demolition works are nearly complete, allowing the vertical distillery to have some space to breathe.
Our previous three visits had been after dark,with twinkling lights in all directions,
so we were looking forward to a daylight panoramic view.
No such luck. We arrived as a sea fret, or haar, set in.
The building was shrouded in fine cloud -- until darkness fell, when everything cleared, and the stars twinkled again.
It's rare to find a menu where one course doesn't feel a little weaker than the others.
Here all courses shouted success.
Clare and Sam, as usual, were in top form welcoming guests, and now have able support.
