Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Mar 2022 until Tue 31 May 2022, Mon - Thu, 12noon - 3:30pm and Fri - Sun 12:30pm - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 25-27 Mar and 15-18 Apr 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 vouchers per table. 
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Tables may be required back after 1hr 30mins. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
