• Voucher is valid until 30th Nov 2015, 7 days, 12noon-5pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 16th Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple vouchers permitted.
• Deal applies to stated afternoon tea only. Menu is seasonal and subject to change.
• Deal includes tray bake, mini tarts, scones with jam and clotted cream and sandwiches with Tea/coffee.
• Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free options are available - please advise at time of booking. 
• Children are welcome.
• Deal includes access to leisure facilities including the gym, 12.5 metre swimming pool, spa pool, sauna & steam room
• Venue is wheelchair accessible.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
