Stayed here many many times - it’s such a lovely hotel ❤️
Normally the service is fast & efficient but the service in the restaurant was awful !
Waited ages to be served - food arrived - no cutlery - had to wait again on table being cleared - then we had to ask for sweet menu !!
Breakfast was so bad I ordered my poached eggs twice & still waiting !!!
