• Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Oct 2024 until Fri 28 Feb, Tue-Wed & Fri 9:30am - 6pm, Thu 9:30am - 8pm and Sat 9am-5:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun & Mon.
• A £5pp supplement applies to Saturday bookings; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; max 2 people per group.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Options 1, 3 & 4: Treatment duration: 30mins inc. consultation.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: 60mins inc. consultation.
• Treatment can be extended for a supplementary charge of £20pp; please discuss at time of booking.
• Options 3 & 4: Includes one treatment, use of spa facilities, robe, slippers and toiletries. 
• Includes 10% off any products purchased on the day of your booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
