• Voucher is valid from Wed 8 Jan 2025 until Thu 31 Jul 2025, Sun - Fri at 10.30am, 12noon, 2pm, 3.30pm & 4.45pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Jul 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 8+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 1 hr.
• Valid in the Jail Break or Forgotten Cell escape rooms.
• Max of 8 people in Jail Break or 6 people in Forgotten Cell.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
